this question's been on my mind since god knows when.
but i'm afraid if i ask, i'll look stupid. haha.
maybe it's not a stupid question.
but you know, cannot take the chance right... they are evaluating me.
later they mark me down for being retarded how? :X
so if we are allowed to release treated waste water into the sea so long as the toxic chemicals/substances are within the allowable limits...
okay in simple explanation, let's say release 1 mg of cyanide per day.
if that's within the allowable limits, but that also equates to 30 mg of cyanide a month, 365 mg a year, etc etc.
although it's within the limits and it's diluted when released...
doesn't it still mean we're adding 365mg of cyanide into the sea each year?
the cyanide won't just disappear right?
so... isn't it considered pollution still?
it's either super slow pollution (in which people totally forgot or don't bother), or... maybe something else happens to the toxic substances after release, or... there's no effect to the environment at all.
gosh. who knows the answer?!
I WANT TO KNOW!
should i ask? :S
just keep goinggggggggg!
