What is wrong with me?!

1 company GP, 1 polyclinic GP, 1 private hospital GP.
1 ear nose throat specialist.
1 medical professor and his masters medical student.
Poked 3 times, 4 blood tests.
Stuck a probe down my nose.
Physical examinations after physical examinations.

I have enlarged lymphnodes from my left jaw to my collar bone and probably to my chest.
A very bad sore throat which chokes me sometimes.
Aches all over especially on my left upper body.
I feel like tearing open my left collar bone sometimes.
Recently developed chest discomfort on my left.
Enlarged spleen and tender liver so i can no longer exercise right now.
Cause i may rupture my spleen which will result in internal bleeding.
I cant eat as much as i used to cause it puts pressure on my already enlarged spleen.
Acute fatigue, all the freaking time.

Total Blood Count Test - Normal
Mono Test - Negative
ENT Endoscopy - Clean
(except for unusually narrow nostrils which im born with, which is a problem according to the specialist)

Waiting for...
Full Blood Count Test
Peripheral Blood Film Test

And diagnosis by determined Professor and Master student.

Suspect - Infectious Mononucleosis

Oh Tuesday wont you come already?! >_<
